Best of all, you can access Mississippi State from either University Drive or Gillespie Street without going on any highways! We are the student’s first choice in off-campus housing. We offer unique cottages, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments equipped with great rooms.
Brownsville Station offers two different “BullDawg” one-bedroom floor plans, a one-bedroom cottage plan, and two “Bully’s Suite” two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, Brownsville Station owns and manages houses in the same vicinity, all approximately 1.3 – 1.5 miles from Mississippi State University. They all have private yards and excellent parking. Brownsville Station offers a 12-month lease that begins August 1. After August 1, additional leases may be offered, depending on availability.
